Six miles an hour

Quick, but slow around Hyde Park this evening. Only 4.6 miles @ 6.1 mph (max 11.3 mph, which is probably what I average on my cycle to and fro mein Arbeitsplatz im Leder Laan Chemin du Cuir.

Good to go for a run!

Stir steamed mixed vegetables, cheese assortment and rye crispbread and dried mango for supper. Un coup de rouge pour accompagner le tout et voila le diner de ce soir.
